It's sitting 3' away from my router, line of sight and can't find my network anymore. They say it needs internet access to set up, but if you lose connection to the internet, it will stop working, and mine for the last 2 weeks has refused to connect to my router at all, despite numerous reboots and resets. I don't know if the higher level products are better than the home hub that has the hub, but honestly if all their remotes function the same other than touch screens and such from what i've seen harmony randomly decides whether or not it will control devices, how it thinks actions should take place, they deceive potential customers ( they said my device with hub could control PS4, it couldn't at first, then it could, then it would turn on, scroll and select, but turned the "turn off" command string into "LETS PARTY" scrolling through screens and menus for no reason) and they don't tell you that the hub MUST always have access to the internet.
